Pre-Order Policy

We can't provide an exact ship date: Depending on the volume of orders, delivery of your pedal could take up to 10 weeks. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date but will ship pedals the moment they are built and available. We will do everything we can to ship sooner.

Payment methods: If you use either a credit card or Paypal, we will only pre-authorize your payment, but won't charge you until your pedal ships. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card statement or within Paypal, but it is not an actual charge.

Cancellations and refunds: If you decide that you want to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at info@strymon.net. Be sure to include your order number.

Please do not combine in-stock and pre-ordered items: If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, please be aware that we won't be able to ship until both items are available. Best thing to do is place two separate orders. Thanks! :)
