We can't provide an exact ship date:

• Depending on the volume of orders, and your place in line, please be aware that delivery of your pedal could take up to 10 weeks for TimeLine, or 45 days for blueSky, Lex, and Favorite switch. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship pedals the moment they are available. Orders are filled first come first served.

Payment methods:

• If you use a credit card, we will pre-authorize your card, but won't charge your card until your pedal ships. You may see a temporary authorization on your card, but it is not an actual charge. If you use Paypal, please be aware that you will be charged the full amount at the time of your order. If you wish to hold onto your funds until your pedal is ready, please select Credit Card as your payment method.

Cancellations and refunds:

• If you decide that you want to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at info@strymon.net. Be sure to include your order number.

Please do not combine in-stock and pre-ordered items:

• If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, please be aware that we won't be able to ship until both items are available. Best thing to do is place two separate orders.
  
  

What does the order status 'Awaiting Payment' mean?

• This means that we have captured your credit card information, but won't charge your card until your item ships.
